Chrome Tab Tricks
This trick is for PC/Laptop users so if you often use Chrome browser in your Laptop/PC then don't skip these tips and tricks. It consists some sub-tricks so read this carefully.
Reopen Closed tab/window
You can easily guess the working of this trick by its name i.e. Reopen closed tab. It reopens the closed tab or even it reopens closed window.
Sometimes we closed wrong tab accidentally through which we have to reopen it again from starting but with the help of this trick you can easily "reopen your closed tab or even window" in single click.
Step 1:- Open Chrome browser and then "Right click" on top of the Google Chrome browser.
Step 2:- Now you will see a option of "Reopen Closed tab" so click on it and then it reopens your closed tab.
Note:- If you closed a Chrome window and open a new window of Chrome browser then that option will be replaced by "Reopen Closed Window" as shown in screenshot.
Pin tab
Pinning a tab means that, "Pinned tab" will still there even after closing chrome window. You can easily understand it with a very simple example, suppose a user pinned a tab in Chrome browser and then closed chrome window so whenever the user will open the Chrome browser again then that "pinned tab" will still there as before.
So in simple language, with the help of this feature, you can save a tab by easily pinning that tab in your chrome browser.
Step 1:- First of all open any webpage in the Chrome Browser.
Step 2:- Now "right click" on that tab and then you will see a option of "Pin" so click on it.
After clicking on it, that tab will be pinned and will not close until you unpin it.
Note:- Unpinning a tab follow same steps i.e. "Pin" option will be replaced by "Unpin".
Duplicate tab
You can also create a duplicate of existing tab in Chrome browser i.e. if you want go back in any webpage but don't want to lose the current page then you can use this option.
So if you want to use this trick then follow the same steps that you have follow for pinning a tab. You will see a option of "Duplicate" just above "Pin" option.

Changing tab
You can also use this trick in other browsers. With this trick, you can change tabs in a different way i.e. without using mouse. Suppose there are so many tabs opened in your browser and you don't want to use mouse then you can use this trick.
So you have to simply press "ctrl + tab" key simultaneously on your keyboard. If you want to know that "how will it work?" then try it now on your browser.
Note:- Remember that there are more than 1 tab opened in your Chrome browser.
If you want to go on a particular tab then press "ctrl + tab number (1,2,3 and so on)" simultaneously i.e. suppose you want to go to the 3rd tab then press "ctrl + 3" key simultaneously.
Note:- There are also some other tricks for tab in Google Chrome Browser like "Add tab to reading list, new group and so on". You can easily use these tricks by right clicking on any tab.
Customize Chrome browser
Through this trick, you can customize your Chrome browser i.e. Change the look of your chrome browser.
Step 1:- Open Chrome browser in your PC/laptop and then you will see a option of "Customize" at the bottom right side of the screen so click on it.
Step 2:- Now there is a option of "Background" i.e. you can change the background of "Chrome browser" by adding any background image so select it according to you.
Step 3:- There is also an option of "Color and theme" so click on it and then you will be able to change the color of Chrome browser.
Translate any webpage
This trick is for PC/Laptop users as well as android users. It is also a very useful trick. With the help of this trick you can translate any webpage in any language.
For PC/Laptop
Step 1:- Open a webpage in your Chrome browser and right click on that page then you will see a option of "Translate to English" so click on it.
Step 2:- After clicking on it, you will see a "pop-up like menu" at the top right side so click on "3 dots" and then you will see a option of "Choose another language" so click on it.
Step 3:- Now select any language according to you and after selecting it click on "Translate" button.
After performing these steps, that webpage will be translate into your selected language.
Note:- It will only work for those webpages that support translation.
For Mobile Phone
Step 1:- Open any "webpage" in your Chrome browser and then click on "3 dots" at the top right side of the screen.
Step 2:- Now there will be a option of "Translate" so click on it and select any language according to you.
Mobile view on PC/Laptop
This is only for PC/Laptop users. This trick is very unique i.e. if you want to see the layout of any webpage on the various screen sizes then this is best option for you.
With the help of this trick, you can see any webpage in Mobile view on your PC/Laptop. Don't need to open it in your phone.
Step 1:- Open any webpage in Chrome browser and right click on that webpage then you will see a option of "Inspect" so click on it.
Step 2:- Now click on "drop down" icon then you will a list of some mobile phones so select any phone according to you, For instance I have selected "galaxy S5".
Step 3:- After selecting it, refresh that page and then you will be able to see mobile view of that webpage.
You can also change the dimension of mobile phones' screen by changing the digits in dimension box as shown in screenshot.
Find in Page
This is a very interesting feature. It is available in almost all browsers and the main thing is that, you can use this feature in your mobile phone also.
With the help of this feature you can easily find anything on any webpage i.e. suppose you want to find a post regarding "IPL" on this site, so you can easily find it by simply typing "IPL".
For Laptop/PC
Step 1:- Open any webpage in your Chrome browser and press "ctrl + F" key simultaneously then you will see a "Search box" at the top right side of the screen.
Step 2:- Type anything according to you. For instance, I searched "IPL" and then it highlights that word on the screen as shown in screenshot.
So you can easily find anything without scrolling whole webpage. It is very helpful at the moment, when a user need to find a single word in a long article.
For Mobile Phone
Step 1:- Open Chrome browser in your handset and open any webpage then you need to click on "3 dots" given at the top right side of the screen.
Step 2:- Now you will see a option of "Find in page" so click on it and then a "Search box" will appear at the top of the screen so type any keyword to find it.
After performing these 2 steps, you will be able to find anything on any webpage.
